Set of Knoll International Barcelona armchairs

The famous ”Barcelona” chair was designed by Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe  for the International exhibition of 1929 in Spain.

Inspired by the folding chair of the pharaohs and the cross-shaped stool of the Romans. This royal and formal lineage was a perfect fit and was undoubtedly intentional, allowing this modern design to carry intellectual and cultural weight.

This set comes in brown chocolate tone, excellent condition.
