Sculptur by Roger Capron
Born in Vincennes, Roger Capron is a key figure in the history of ceramics. His unique work is recognised and rewarded throughout the world. Always in search of a work close to sculpture, he is interested in new materials, in particular stoneware, which brings him closer to Derval for a new collaboration in 1968, as well as in fired clay around 1990 to create fired pieces with the help of his wife Jacotte.
